LCI Neighborhood Specialist took pictures of the camper and debris behind it and contacted the Director of Real Estate at Mutual Housing dba NeighborWorks New Horizons who will forward to Property Management and will make sure this get taken care of. The correct address is 771 George Street. I will continue to monitor and thank you for the post.
