Walked by this site the morning after the fire. Overheard someone who I assume was the owner of the property talking about how he had his insurance policy in his hand and was going to pick up his check or something. Didn't hear the whole conversation, but it didn't sound like he had any intention of putting anything back on the site, he was going to just walk away. Its unfortunate, someone should put something back here, even a maintained parking lot would be better than a vacant, trash filled site.

What is the status of this lot? Anyone have an update?
